Lo!  You have reached the Levelord's home page.  This page is under construction. It is, in fact, a living document.  Growing and breathing and pulsating with the very life that is our gaming community.  Pulsing and throbbing and undulating to every poke and prod, every whip and whim that may... ...oh, sorry!

Just like you would NEVER ask the Levelord why there is only one "L" in the middle of his name, ...NEVER ask David Najjab why there are two "J"s in the middle of his!

...you can, of course (pardon the pun), ask him anything about the new digital game design Guidhall at Southern Methodist University.  The man-with-the-plan JCal asks some very good questions about the new program and Prof. Najjab fires back with all the answers!

I am going to miss OZ!

Probably one of the best shows ever, and I'm going to miss it.  The only other show I've enjoyed as much, in the past 10-20 years, is Law and Order.  The Sopranos is okay, but to be honest, when I watch it on DVD, I fast-forward through all the family and personal shit.

I'm not there for the people and their little stories.  I'm there for the oh-my-fucking-god violence and the small amount of story needed to justify it.  This was OZ.

A little late, we know, but it is still worth wishing everyone a happy new year!

Joe Siegler, bless his heart, sent this to us and we just had to post it.

Not sure of the original source, ...sorry ;)

Why do humans and dogs get along so well?  It's obvious that we both think and behave in very similar manners.  I believe this picture says it all...

...this is Spike and his girlfriend Eighty Buck Murray.  Spike "I'm not really from Labrador" Waters is Joe Water's dog.  For those that don't already know, ...like A&E, ...Joe is one of our bit jockey extraordinaires at Ritual.

Joe says this "thing" between Spike and Eighty Buck Murray happens alot.  Spike just grabs her and starts rubbing his naughty bits anywhere he can.  Doesn't matter where, doesn't matter what she thinks of the whole thing,

...he just snatches her and humps away for a few minutes, she just lays there with that look on her face.  Joe says that Eighty Buck Murray barked and complained alot at first, then she just sort of gave up and gave in.

Like I said, this picture says it all.

Well, I can not believe it's all over!  Nice long vacation that was way too short ;)

The image to the right?  ...kind of cool, kind of sad, ...it's a picture of my front window at my house.  Yes, that is indeed the Levelimo outside!

If you can see it in the picture, a Morning Dove, ...or rather, a now Mourning Dove, must have had the shit scared out of it, ...literally!  Roused by a cat or something, it slammed into my window at Mach 17, leaving an imprint of dust and feather dew.  The larger, more-pronounced white spot is, ...yes, ...the shit scared out.

When I first saw it, I thought a Christmas angel had come to visit me.  Then I realized it was the moth with the real meesage!

This has been brewing for a while now, and they're ready to come forward with all the good news...

...Southern Methodist University is starting a new gaming program.  This is important to the Levelord because he designed the curriculum, but more importantly, he gets to walk around campus and act like a dean or provost and have all the pretty coeds look upon him in solicitous awe.

Seriously, there is indeed an new program highly worth your while if you are thinking of joining our little game developing community.  Please check their website for further updates and information.

You are also welcome to email me or the Great David Najjab [najjab@smu.edu] for further information.
