Ritual Entertainment's CEO, Steve Nix, ...the guy who doesn't even
boil water let alone cook books, ...is a definite racing fanatic!
He loves his car, ...I mean he really loves his car!
This is Steve at the National Auto Sport Association Driving Event
held on August 3rd at the MotorSports Ranch here in Texas. The
passenger is his instructor at the racing school.
All joking aside, I do like his car, ...it's a BMW M3 and a
nice piece of work.

...and now, ...the answer to last Friday's Croatian Quiz! Jelo, how
are you?
How are the children? How is your
mother?
I heard that you cheat on me.
When I come home I will kill you.
Krsto from Germany.
You see why I fear the Croats so much, right? I mean, the
message alone is scary enough, ...then there's the fact that
Saša is from Zagreb, not Germany! Of the 37 emails I
received only one came close to the correct translation and, of
course, it was from The
AntiELVIS... ..."A tree asks two gay men with snakes in their ears
if they will boot a woman out of the Big Brother House in favor of
the Nazi guy.". |

Happy
Birthday to us, ...Happy Birthday to us!
...I can't believe we've been here four
for years already, ...I mean, for four years already, ...no wait! ...six years! Although
we celebrated prematurely last week (very much like Rob's animal
husbandry "celebrations"), today is our actual birthday.
I tried to look-up some sort of cool
internet photo related to "ritual birthdays" and all I got was a
bunch of stuff about ritual birthday spankings, ...hmmm. |

"No, ...not emotionally. No,
...I'm not. I'm
disappointed, ...not terribly, ...but still. It should have gone much
further, much faster! It’s ok, ...I know what the problem is.
It’s
obviously the drag coefficient."
...can you guess the real
movie reference?

Trent Reznor is afraid of Americans, ...but the Levelord is afraid
of Croatians! I get many emails from all around the world. I
got many emails from Croatia. More often than usual, the
Croatian emails are very, very scary! This is why they make
great games, I believe.
I got this in an email from
Saša in
Zagreb this week. Nothing much more than this, ...a simple
"Hello, I'm from Zagreb, just wanted to write to the Levelord."
...and this graphic! I tried to guess what it meant, as well
as check my car each day for explosives ;)
Saša sent me the translation a few
days later, and it proved to be even more scary than any of my
guesses. I'll post the translation next week, what do you
think it means? |
